THREE-BOLT REPAIR CLAMP

Articolo: 088

Split sleeve clamp with three bolts for temporary repair of all types of water or gas pipes. Compatible with potable water,it is used on many types of cracks (evencross cracks) with depths of up to 80%. Itcan also be used on cross cracks with depths exceeding 80% as long as the pipingis well anchored since the clamp does notserve as locking joint. Also available with stainless nuts and bolts for higher corrosion resistance.

  • Ductile cast iron clamp GJS-500-7 according to UNI EN 1563, with electrostatic epoxy coating of medium thickness 250µm,nontoxic, according to UNI EN 14901,
  • Galvanised steel fixing bolts: screw M14 according to UNI EN ISO 898-1 with square below the head ref. DIN/ISO 603, nutISO 4032 (UNI 5587), washer DIN125A/ISO7089, white electrolytic protective zinccoating.
  • NBR rubber gasket, 60 shore hardness, attached to the stainless steel strip in compliance with DM174/2004 for use on potable water systems.
  • AISI 304 stainless steel strip, thickness 0.80mm.
  • Stainless steel (AISI 304) bolts on request.
