ONE-BOLT SLEEVE REPAIR CLAMP

Split sleeve clamp with one bolt for temporary repair of all types of water or gas pipes. Compatible with potable water, it can be used on cracks (even cross cracks) with depths of up to 80%. Also available with stainless steel nuts and bolts for higher corrosion resistance.

  • Ductile cast iron clamp GJS-600-3 according to UNI EN 1563, with white protective coating obtained through hot-dip galvanisation, according to UNI EN ISO 1461.
  • Galvanised steel fixing bolts: screw M10 (D21-D64) M12 (D65-D229) according to UNI EN ISO 898-1 with square below the head ref. DIN/ISO 603, flanged nut DIN 6923. white electrolytic zinc coating.
  • NBR rubber gasket, 60 shore hardness, attached to the stainless steel strip in compliance with DM174/2004 for use on potable water systems.
  • AISI 304 stainless steel strip, thickness 0.60mm (D21-D60) and 0.80mm (D60-D229).
  • Stainless steel (AISI 304) bolts on request.
